     On 14^th September, some of our members peacefully walked alongside Rotarians in our Rotary District 9510, people from Zonta International, other service & support organizations and parliamentarians. Hundreds walked for respectful relationships, highlighting awareness of family and domestic violence and to say no to coercive control.

Rotary Club of Norwood met with District Governor on Feb 21st 

 

Rotary Norwood members joined the 2023 Norwood Christmas Pageant of The City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters on 18th November 2023.

On Sunday, 27th August, the Rotary Club of Norwood members and friends gathered
at Roger and Janet’s home on the Esplanade at Grange.

As we have started another year of service above self in 2023-24, our dinner for the financial year transition, known on this occasion as the Rollover dinner, took place on Wednesday, 19th July at the Maylands Hotel.

We had 25 participants for this evening, a good attendance for a small Rotary Club. The attendees included Nigel Jordan, Volunteers Coordinator NPSP Council; Ian Radbone, President Norwood Residents Association, Elizabeth Gagliardi, the new Rotary Area 8 Governor, members from our neighbouring clubs, including the Presidents and other members of the Rotary Clubs of Burnside, Campbelltown, Morialta, St Peters and Tea Tree Gully.

Norwood Rotary members provided great service in 2023 Rotary District 9510 Assembly.

We invited potential volunteer to join our meeting as induction event for Friends of Richards Park project on 1st February.

Rotary Club of Norwood members and friends celebrated the upcoming Christmas and new year at Euan's house on 21st December

 

Our 3^rd movie night was completed in great success. Through presenting Mrs Harris Goes to Paris in front of an audience of over100 people at The Regal on 27^th October together with snacks and drinks, the event achieved a profit around $3,500, including a spectacular sale of raffle tickets and a very large range of prizes.

 

 

On Thursday, 27th October, Rotary Club of Norwood will present our 3rd Film Night in the Regal Theatre, at 275 Kensington Road, Kensington Part SA.
